We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part 135 Dispatcher to join our team and support our dynamic operations. 

Job Overview: 

The Part 135 Dispatcher will be responsible for managing flight logistics, responding to communications, and coordinating crew activities. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment where quick decision-making and attention to detail are essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Respond to emails, phone calls, and company chat in a timely and professional manner. 

  •  Plan logistics, release flights, and monitor flight progress and delays. 

  •  Arrange international permits, handling, and customs clearance. 

  •  Coordinate crew positioning and logistics, ensuring all operations run smoothly. 

  •  Scrutinize crew duty and rest periods to ensure compliance with federal regulations. 

  •  Assist with other dispatch-related tasks as needed. 

Qualifications: 

  •  Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required). 

  •  Experience: Prior experience in aviation is preferred but not required. 

  •  Familiarity with aviation terminology and concepts is preferred. 

  •  Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

Working Conditions: 

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to support 24/7 operations. 

Training:
