Part-time Secretary needed to perform secretarial and clerical assignments for parish operations at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Kountze Texas. Applicants must be proficient in computer word processing, database management, and Microsoft programs; programs, have excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills, ability to deal with the public, and be detail oriented. Individual must be a self-starter, service oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of the Catholic Church is a plus. A high school diploma or GED and minimum of two years' experience as a secretary or related position for this 10 hour per week position is required.
