Our IT team is looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator focused on helping develop their enterprise CRM capabilities. You should enjoy working with a talented team of individuals, with diverse skills and experiences, who strive to excel in delivering software solutions that help enable the organization's strategic objectives.

In this role you will develop, implement, and support enterprise custom and packaged applications and other internal software programs used by end users in the organization. You'll also perform a variety of systems related analytical activities to support application functionality, availability and performance.

In This Role:

  • You will analyze, understand and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with a focus on user experience leveraging Salesforce best practices
  • You would also design, configure, test, debug and document programs based on technical configurations developed by analysts and project teams
  • You will also provide daily system/application administration
  • You will manage access and security of the systems and applications, and monitor and proactively support system/application capacity planning and stability as required
  • In this role you would also assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results and estimates to business stakeholder, project team, and IT counterparts
  • You would serve on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients, IT Infrastructure and the development groups
  • You would develop strong business relationships with assigned business clients and with other related departments and vendors to ensure successful system and application implementations and support
  • You would follow Internal Audit policies and procedures and provide information as needed
  • You would participate in on-call rotation

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • You have 3-5+ years related Salesforce Administration experience
  • Your Location: We are looking for someone that lives within the New England area (in Maine, NH or MA). If you are driving distance to our corporate HQ in Westbrook, Maine, we off a flexible hybrid environment where we require a max of 8 days per month on side and alternatively if you are in NH or MA, there is the option to go on-site less frequently than 8.
  • You have experience with Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, territory management and reports
  • You have experience using development/integration/deployment-related and associated tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Force.com, ANT, IDE/VSCode, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SFDX)
  • You have strong Salesforce product knowledgewith experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Mobile Design
  • You have demonstrated ability to work in a complex and highly-integrated Salesforce implementation
  • You have Great people skills and Communication skills! Excellent customer service and business relationship building skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as within teams.Overall strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Familiarity with writing test classes and basic understanding of Salesforce development landscape including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce Maps, Tableau CRM and CPQ
