Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR temp to provide support for our Human Resources department. This role will assist with various administrative functions, including document management, data entry, and employee file maintenance while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.

Reporting Relationships:

The HR support will report to the Sr. Director of People’s Operations.

Location: This position will be based in Hialeah, FL.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process and file HR documentation including employee records, benefits forms, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain accurate employee files, both digital and physical
• Assist with data entry in HRIS system
• Support recruitment administration (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters)
• Help coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
• Respond to basic HR-related inquiries from employees
• Assist with benefits administration paperwork
• Coordinate HR calendar and schedule meetings as needed
• Generate standard HR reports and correspondence
• Back up the front desk by answering phones and assisting foot traffic
• Other tasks as needed

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in HR preferred
• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Experience with data entry and file management
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous HR administrative experience
• Experience with HRIS systems
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of basic employment laws
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
