Job Description

The Paralegal will support Enterprise Procurement and Legal teams within a large corporate environment, playing a critical role in contract review, remediation, drafting support, and contract lifecycle management. This position is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and has extensive experience partnering with legal, procurement, compliance, and business stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-volume contracting activities that directly impact organizational operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Assist with drafting amendments, notices, summaries, and standardized contract templates.
  • Support contract remediation and repapering projects across the organization.
  • Monitor contract milestones, key dates, obligations, and approval workflows to ensure timely action and compliance.
  • Coordinate contract execution activities between legal, procurement, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain contract records, documentation, and repositories within contract management systems.
  • Support contract intake, routing, execution, and ongoing contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Identify non-standard contract terms and escalate potential legal risks to attorneys as appropriate.
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and operational initiatives related to enterprise contracting activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
