Job description

Insurance defense firm in downtown Minneapolis seeks a paralegal with 1-3 years of experience for a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume office setting. The candidate should also be able to communicate effectively with attorneys, office staff and clients both orally and in writing. Under the supervision of a senior paralegal, the candidate will:


  • Obtain, organize and summarize medical records and billing;
  • Review and organize file and discovery documents, completing summaries when necessary;
  • Assist in drafting and responding to written discovery;
  • File and serve discovery and pleadings through MNCIS;
  • Assist in trial preparation


A bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited paralegal program preferred.
