Job description

We've partnered with a well-established Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm to fill this position urgently. The firm is seeking a seasoned and experienced Paralegal with strong litigation background to join their team in Clifton, NJ.

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including fully paid health and 401(k) plan

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research to support ongoing and prospective cases.

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.

  • Investigate case facts and prepare information for negotiations or court proceedings.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records and client information.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in litigation (personal injury exp is mandatory).

  • Proficient in PC Law and Needles (or similar case management systems).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
