The Role:
Our Panel Builder will complete electrical product or sub-assembly wiring by following verbal and written instructions, blueprints, drawings, schematics, or diagrams according to customer specifications to determine established assembly methods.
Additionally, they will utilize our tools and machines to assemble parts while conducting quality control checks and report any discrepancies with the product.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and understand assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Medium Voltage needs someone that can read multiple page schematics.
  • Medium Voltage needs someone who is experienced with hand tools drills impacts.
  • Medium Voltage needs some who can work in a team environment
  • Hand bind and pack kits, goods, and other projects that cannot be assembled by machines
  • Resolve production issues, troubleshoot basic malfunctions, or request repairs
  • Properly complete load tags and other necessary paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear.

Requirements:
  • At least one year of professional working experience and/or training with related experience; associate technical degree is preferred, not required.
  • Proven working experience with cross-functional communication and collaboration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven working experience with multitasking.
  • Ability to engage in frequent bending, pushing and pulling.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
