Job Title: Panel BuilderJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Panel Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC, and be adept at working independently without direct supervision. This role requires assembling and wiring panel devices according to electrical schematics, ensuring neat routing and bundling of wires and cables to meet established standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards.
  • Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.
  • Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.
  • Check work to ensure error-free products.
  • Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit them to the supervisor upon project completion.
  • Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace.
  • Provide all necessary tools to perform the job effectively.
Essential Skills
  • Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in panel building, wiring, and understanding electrical schematics.
  • Experience with electrical wiring, blueprint reading, machine building, and electrical assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics.

The second shift operates from 3:30 pm to 12:30 am, offering an additional $2 per hour, although these hours are fixed. The workspace is climate-controlled and well-lit, ensuring comfort and efficiency.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Berlin, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $77000.00/yr.

Up to 6% bonus at EOY After 1 year, eligible for Profit sharing (25% of annual salary) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
