Job description

NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Electrical Panel Wiring Assembler in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Job Summary
  • Assemble electrical control panels by mounting components such as circuit breakers, relays, contactors, and other electrical devices.
  • Cut, strip, and terminate wires to appropriate terminals and connectors.
  • Install wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
  • Wire control panels according to electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and ensure proper wire routing and termination to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform functional tests on completed panels to verify correct operation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wiring errors or malfunctions, and use testing equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes to diagnose issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of panel wiring and testing procedures, and complete necessary paperwork and quality control checks.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in electrical panel wiring required.
  • Strong understanding of electrical theory and principles.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • OSHA 30 hour or ability to obtain.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
