Electrical Panel Assembler: Machesney Park, Illinois
Our customer in Machesney Park, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Electrical Panel Assemblers to work fulltime on 1st shift. As an Electrical Panel Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Panel Assembler:
  • Assemble, repair, and rework electrical assemblies with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Install conduit, switches, receptacles, and wiring for AC/DC systems.
  • Perform labeling and wire termination for electrical panels.
  • Work with 240 and 480 volt wiring.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Maintain quality standards in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
  • Support other production areas as needed.
Electrical Panel Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as an electrical technician preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to pass preemployment drug screening and background check.
