    Benefits Overview:
    This position is a Union position with the eligibility of union membership and other benefits.
    Medical and 401K benefits eligibility after 60 days. Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays eligibility after 90 days.
    What the ideal candidate will do:
    • Electrical (panels and cables) assembly.
    • Install and connect electrical wiring.
    • Follow blueprints/schematics, work instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
    • Build machines & large assemblies using power tools and hand tools
    • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
    • Spray paint machine parts.
    • Use forklift and overhead hoist operations to move materials and finished products.
    • Crate building.
    • Basic facility maintenance tasks.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Person.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), some vocational/technical school training is helpful but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience with an industrial/mechanical background.
  • Experience with electrical panel wiring.
  • Knowledge/understanding in machine assembly.
  • Read & understand basic mechanical blueprints & electrical schematics.
  • Must be able to use tools such as hand tools, torque wrenches, and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to follow written/verbal instructions in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be able to lift 10-25 lbs. on a regular basis, sometimes up to 50 lbs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in an environment of various temperatures that can vary from very cold to very hot within reasonable limits.
  • Drug testing required.
