Test Technician

Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical assemblies, per applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards.

We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications. 

Our Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.  

Job Summary

  • Perform engineering tests to collect and evaluate product data.
  • Support troubleshooting of assembly and schematic issues; recommend design changes.
  • Validate accuracy and sequencing of technical test procedures.
  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve product issues.
  • Prepare technical reports documenting test procedures and results.
  • Conduct tests according to established procedures and record results.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions at component and subassembly levels.
  • Solder components to PCB assemblies and wire complex prototypes.
  • Assemble electronic and electromechanical devices using technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hazardous waste handling requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments as needed to support engineering and production teams.
