Position: Paint Line Laborer

Location: Fulton Industrial/Lithia Springs

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are hiring a Paint Line Laborer for a client in the Fulton Industrial/Lithia Springs area. This is a night shift role supporting a paint and assembly line operation in a light industrial environment. Relevant experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Hang various metal parts onto the moving paint/assembly line

  • Remove finished parts from the paint/assembly line

  • Track and count parts coming off the paint line

  • Palletize product and prepare for shipping

  • Maintain equipment in good condition

  • Report issues and defective parts to supervisors

Must Haves

  • Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment

  • Ability to track and count production parts accurately

  • Ability to see details at close range

  • Proficient in English

  • Steel toe shoes required

Preferred Skills

  • Previous paint line or assembly line experience

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
