Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM


What You’ll Learn & Do

• Prepare parts for powder coating: clean, wash, degrease, mask, and hang
• Operate powder coat and electrostatic spray equipment per specifications
• Load/unload parts on paint line and ovens
• Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality
• Inspect parts and perform touch-ups or rework as needed
• Adjust gun settings, powder flow, air pressure, and assist with color changes
• Clean and maintain spray equipment and booths
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and spray patterns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint area
• Support production flow as a line handler and package/stage finished parts
• Communicate issues to supervisors and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned


What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior powder coating or painting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate spray and line equipment
• Ability to follow written and demonstrated work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, and sit for long periods
• Comfortable working in hot or cold manufacturing environments
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
