Job description

NOW HIRING: Paint Line - Parts Handler
Location: American Products - Strafford, MO
Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm
Pay: $17.50+
Join our Paint Line team!
Our Parts Handlers play a key role in making sure parts are properly handled as they come off the powder paint line. If you enjoy hands-on work, pay strong attention to detail, and want to grow your manufacturing skills-this may be a great fit!
What You'll Do
  • Hang parts as they come off the line
  • Inspect painted parts for runs, sags, or missed areas
  • Rotate between stations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)

Experience & Knowledge:
  • Ability to read/understand blueprints, diagrams, and instructions
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of powder paint processes is a plus (not required)

Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate professionally
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Normal vision (close, distance, color, depth)
