Retail Sales Associate โ€“ Paint Department
Location: Milford, MA
Schedule: Part-Time (Fridays required; some Saturdays)
Pay: $17โ€“$20 per hour (based on experience)


About the Role
Join Koopman Lumberโ€™s Paint Department as a Retail Sales Associate. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where youโ€™ll help customers, mix paint, and keep the department running smoothly.


What Youโ€™ll Do
โ€ข Assist customers with product selection and paint mixing
โ€ข Process transactions (cash, charge accounts, gift cards)
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department
โ€ข Receive and put away inventory
โ€ข Recommend products to support customer projects
โ€ข Support both DIY customers and professional painters
