Administrative Associate - Paint Shop & Yard Operations

Austell, GA (30168)

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, located in Austell is seeking a Administrative Associate with solid general office skills to provide clerical and administrative support to the Paint Shop and Yard Operations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits.

Essential Functions

  • Answer multi-line incoming telephone and provide exceptional customer service
  • Entry of purchase orders and service work orders into software program
  • Monitor the preventative maintenance program and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor manufacturer and regulatory required inspections and distribute schedules to appropriate personnel
  • Purchase new or additional stock via phone, email or web portal
  • Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
  • Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports of work performed, inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued
  • Issue or distribute materials, parts, and supplies to coworkers, based on information from incoming work orders, purchase orders or requisitions
  • Various administrative tasks such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Experience with heavy construction equipment is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week and overtime as needed
  • Able to sit for longs periods of time
  • Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment
  • Able to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with NexGen maintenance software is a plus
