Job description

The Paid Social Associate is an early-career opportunity for someone looking to build expertise in digital media and paid social advertising. This role supports the planning, setup, management, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns across a variety of client accounts and industries.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and energized by a fast-paced agency environment. This person will work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience across campaign execution, analytics, optimization, and client support.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

Assist in the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X

Support campaign pacing, budget tracking, QA, and performance monitoring to ensure campaigns launch and run smoothly

Help develop campaign reports with performance data, insights, and optimization recommendations

Pull platform metrics and organize data for recurring client reports and internal updates

Assist with audience research, competitive analysis, and platform best practices

Support the creation of media plans, estimates, and campaign documentation as directed by senior team members

Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag trends, issues, or growth opportunities

Collaborate with analytics, creative, account service, and broader media teams on campaign needs

Stay current on social platform updates, ad products, and digital media trends

Maintain organized files, trackers, timelines, and campaign documentation

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities to grow platform expertise

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

12 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, or advertising preferred (internship experience considered)

Strong interest in paid social advertising and digital media strategy

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Team-oriented, adaptable, and resourceful attitude

Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets preferred

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms is a plus

Google Analytics, GA4, or platform certifications are a plus
