  • Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable, strategic recommendations that shape campaign strategy
  • Create and implement new test ideas or experiments in client accounts, documenting hypotheses, results, and next steps to inform broader paid search strategy
  • Partner with Paid Media Strategists to align on goals, strategy, and priorities, ensuring paid search campaigns support the broader digital marketing and business goals
  • Integrate AI-driven tools and automation into analysis, campaign strategy, and execution (including smart bidding, generative creative, and use of AI tools) to drive efficiency, unlock new growth opportunities, and continuously improve performance outcomes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic, high-impact campaign decisions
  • Track record of leading paid search account management, providing strategic guidance, and influencing marketing decisions at a senior level
  • Proven creative problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver strong results
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients professionally
  • Passion for delivering high-quality client service, with the ability to mentor junior team members, drive innovation, and contribute to broader business goals
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present campaign data
