Job description

Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! You'll help keep our facility, manufacturing equipment, and forklifts running smoothly — working independently or as part of a crew.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (overtime as needed) Pay: $22.00–$25.00/hour based on experience, plus a production bonus of up to $1.50–$2.00/hour more for associates who meet all bonus requirements

What You'll Do

  • Repair malfunctioning equipment to keep production running
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and control panels
  • Perform preventative maintenance and quality checks
  • Maintain minor in-house plumbing systems
  • Keep up inspection and repair schedules
  • Train employees on proper equipment usage
  • Execute LOTO on energized machines
  • Serve as on-call handyman when needed

What We're Looking For

  • Previous maintenance experience required
  • Electrical knowledge required — able to troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment control panels
  • Basic forklift maintenance experience
  • Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of facility equipment, usage, and safety procedures (OSHA a plus)
  • LOTO experience
  • Welding, parts fabrication, or pneumatic experience a plus (not required)
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Flexible schedule
