Job Description
Base Pay: $16 per hour
2-2-3 Work Schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
  • Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts, packing patterns, and labels
  • Associate maintains paperwork as required
  • Performs online quality inspections
  • Operates packaging equipment

Qualifications
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Related machine operation experience
  • Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts, and bend and lift
  • Basic Math skills
  • Ability to read English and quality test product
  • Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to understand and follow safety polices.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred
