  • Move contents from customers' homes in accordance with company standards, ensuring safe and efficient transport.
  • Evaluate each item to determine its salvageability, making informed decisions to maximize recovery.
  • Clean, disinfect, and deodorize items damaged by smoke, sewage, mold, or water using various techniques.
  • Understand the importance of valuable personal items to clients and appropriately clean and process them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
