Packing Associate 1st shift

A growing company specializing in efficient material handling and distribution is looking for a Shipping & Packing Associate to join their team. Job Summary:
The Shipping & Packing Associate is responsible for verifying, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery. The role ensures the accuracy, safety, and quality of outbound materials by operating packaging equipment, assembling cartons, and completing shipping documentation.
 
Job Duties:
  • Verify products against packing slips and report any issues
  • Palletize, shrink-wrap, and band items for secure shipment
  • Operate packaging tools and equipment including shrink-wrap turnstiles and banders
  • Assemble boxes and pack merchandise per company guidelines
  • Label cartons and complete required shipping forms
 
Pay: 16.00 
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 1st Shift 8:00am-5:00pm
 
 
Experience or Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience
  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions
