Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, the Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting and packaging containers to ensure they conform to company quality standards. You will be proven integral in maintaining the integrity of our products while supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of all parts produced by designated machines, identifying defects or irregularities.
  • Verify that all parts meet specifications listed on work orders and adhere to quality standards.
  • Package containers carefully within cartons, following detailed instructions provided on work orders.
  • Maintain a steady flow of production by efficiently operating and monitoring assigned machines.
  • Communicate with the Quality Assurance team or Shift Supervisor regarding any defective or unacceptable parts.
  • Apply inspector identification numbers to all cartons and ensure cartons are sealed securely.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols within the machine and packing areas.
  • Assist in training new Inspector/Packers, sharing knowledge to promote team success.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills for measurement and counting tasks.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
