Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based)

What You'll Do
  • Lead packaging operations for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met
  • Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities
  • Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to maintain operational standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
  • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations
  • Previous leadership or lead experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and production systems (MIS preferred)
