Job description

Join our team as an Equipment Sales Professional and play a key role in delivering complete foodservice equipment solutions from concept to completion. This position has a high earning potential through a competitive commission structure for driven, result oriented sales professionals.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive profitable equipment package sales within the foodservice industry
  • Build strong customer relationships, communicate confidently, and close deals
  • Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
  • Quote projects accurately and maintain profitability standards
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from initial quote to final punch list
  • Travel to customer locations as needed (sometimes at short notice)
  • Collaborate closely with internal equipment customer service teams
  • Ensure accurate, timely paperwork and organized project documentation
  • Assist with collection of deposits and invoices
  • Initiate service calls for equipment issues on behalf of customers
  • Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals
  • Participate in company and industry training programs
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, project management, customer service (Foodservice, distribution, or construction experience preferred)
  • Strong project management mindset, including ordering, freight, and routing
  • Ability to read and interpret foodservice equipment drawings
  • Detailoriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong problemsolving ability with dependable followthrough
  • Proven relationshipbuilding skills across all levels of staff and clients
  • Highly computer literate (Email, MS Office, and related tools)
  • A teamoriented professional with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
