SUMMARY

We are seeking a Key Account Lead to drive strategic growth across high-value, long-cycle accounts within a dynamic packaging environment. This role will focus on managing and expanding key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing long-term account strategies that increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in complex B2B sales, strategic account management, and the ability to influence decision-makers within large organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic, high-volume accounts with long sales cycles
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets and industries
  • Develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within large organizations
  • Negotiate complex agreements and lead contract discussions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client needs
  • Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, business acumen, and a solutions-oriented mindset

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or strategic account leadership
