Position Overview:
The Packaging Designer creates packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and overall product strategy. They translate creative direction into clear, effective designs and ensure brand consistency. This position requires a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Create packaging designs using established brand, structural, and layout guidelines
  • Create digital packaging mockups for internal review and approval
  • Develop, update, and refine packaging templates to support consistency and workflow efficiency
  • Prepare and optimize print-ready packaging files in accordance with production and vendor specifications
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all packaging deliverables
  • Organize and manage files, versions, and documentation across multiple active projects
  • Communicate effectively with internal partners to support on-time and accurate delivery
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Applied Arts degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment
  • High attention to detail, particularly with print and packaging assets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals, layout skills, and/or packaging-related work
Salary Information
The base hourly range for this position in the selected city is $33.00 - $39.42 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
