Job Description Summary:
The Senior Package Designer, Nail Brands, will develop and execute package design solutions for KISS nail brands across packaging, branding, and consumer-facing touchpoints. This role will serve as a senior member of the Package & Graphic Design team, contributing to brand evolution, packaging innovation, and cohesive consumer experiences across retail and digital environments.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative and hands-on designer with 6-10 years of experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer packaged goods. This role will help shape packaging concepts and support evolving brand directions while ensuring strong visual consistency across product launches, retail programs, and digital environments.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of the full package design process from concept through production execution, including packaging graphics, print production, material applications, and vendor communication. Experience in beauty or consumer product branding agencies is a strong plus.
Job Description:
  • Develop and execute innovative package design concepts for KISS nail brands
  • Create package and graphic design solutions from concept through final production
  • Support evolving brand guidelines and visual consistency across product launches and retail programs
  • Contribute to packaging systems, typography, color direction, and overall shelf presence
  • Ensure strong visual consistency across packaging, retail, and digital brand touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Production teams
  • Manage packaging artwork development, print production, and vendor communication
  • Review samples and support production execution to maintain design quality and consistency
  • Research beauty, fashion, and lifestyle trends to support innovation and competitive positioning
