What we are Looking for
L&M is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill our Packaging Designer position. This role is vital in supporting our internal Sales team and external Customers; focused on Innovation, Creativity, and Custom Packaging Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Design corrugated packaging products.
  • Spec out current customer items; check new specs.
  • Perform stacking analysis and compression performances.
  • Provide Cape/Topps layouts; pallet utilization
  • Effectively communicate with employees and others as required in the daily execution of assigned duties.
  • Sample creation

Education, Experience, and Attributes
  • A minimum of 2 years of corrugated design experience or a college degree in a related field.
  • A technical, detailed, mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external teams.
  • Experience with Artios/Impact and running a CAD table a plus.
