The Coordinator, Ticket Sales & Revenue is responsible for driving ticket sales and revenue growth across multiple programs. The role focuses 75% on sales strategy, customer engagement, and revenue tracking, and 20% on providing support for a designated sport, including game day operations and ticketing oversight.

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in ticket sales, customer service, sports management, business, or a related field.

Ticket Sales & Revenue
Execute season, group, and single-game ticket sales strategies.
Support promotional campaigns and revenue-generating initiatives.
Maintain and manage ticketing records in the CRM and ticketing system (e.g., Paciolan).
Track sales data, analyze trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
Support customer outreach, renewals, and upselling efforts.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to maximize revenue opportunities.
Customer Relations
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve ticket-related issues.
Assist with retention efforts and engagement initiatives for season ticket holders.
Sport-Specific Oversight & Game Day Operations
Serve as the primary ticketing contact for a designated sport.
Support event setup and ticket operations on game days.
Performs other duties as assigned.
