About the Role:

Stodola Brothers Inc is looking for a talented and driven Front End & E-commerce Manager to join their team in Luxemburg, WI! In this role, you'll lead both the in-store front end experience and online sales operations, playing a key part in shaping how customers interact with the brand across every channel.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all front end operations, including checkout, customer service, and technology troubleshooting
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to drive online sales growth
  • Monitor website performance, product listings, and digital merchandising strategies
  • Lead, train, and schedule front end staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to keep online and in-store product data accurate
  • Manage online order fulfillment processes, returns, and customer communications
  • Serve as contact person to coordinate in-store maintenance & repair projects with contractors
