Job description

We are seeking a Facilities Electrical Owners Rep for assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will act as the technical owner and advocate for electrical scope during the Tool Installation phase of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
This position is on-site
Responsibilities

- Provide engineering and design oversight for final hookups, including power distribution, grounding and low?voltage communications
- Review and influence electrical designs related to final power, grounding and low?voltage system connections
- Develop and review technical specifications for tool installation
- Review vendor submittals and design deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable codes
- Collaborate closely with facilities, construction, vendors and internal project teams to ensure successful execution
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in engineering design of building electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and IEEE standards
- Experience selecting and specifying electrical equipment and systems
- Proven ability to review vendor submittals against contractual and technical requirements
