Overture Home Care provides professional, RN-delegated home care to seniors and individuals who value comfort, dignity, and independence. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weatherford  team and deliver exceptional in-home care.


Position Overview


As a Licensed CNA, you will provide hands-on personal care and supportive services under RN delegation. This position is ideal for CNAs who are dependable, professional, and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed
  • Work with patients of all types, including Alzheimer's / Dementia patient's, stroke patients, and hospice patients
  • Monitor and report client condition changes to the office or case manager
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
  • Offer companionship and promote a safe, comfortable home environment

Requirements

  • Current CNA license in the State of Texas (required)
  • Minimum of 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience
  • Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and professional
  • Must Complete a TB test or Chest X-Ray
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check, including an arrest record and report
  • Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
