Temporary Overture Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation. The technologist will prepare and position patients, operate MRI systems and associated equipment, apply magnetic resonance safety principles, administer contrast media, assist with interventional procedures, evaluate image quality, and maintain required records and reports. The role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team and may include participation on committees and department projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program. Education verification required.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration in Radiography required.
• ARRT MRI registration required.
• Experience as an MRI Technologist.
• Approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Ability to perform venipuncture, start and maintain venous access, and prepare/administer contrast media.
• Experience using radiology information systems and PACS, completing required records and archiving images for physician review.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a hospital or trauma center environment.
• Experience providing instruction to students and staff and participating on multidisciplinary teams.

Assignment Details

• Day shifts consisting of a combination of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts.
• Schedule includes Saturday rotation and a shared on-call rotation (every 4–6 weeks).
• Typical shift times may include 7:00–19:00, 07:00–15:30, or 08:00–17:30.
