At Overture Home Care, we believe in treating every client and employee with Patience, Dignity, and Discretion. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and compassionate Branch Manager to oversee operations for our Dallas location and help support both our clients and caregiving teams.
Position Overview
The Branch Manager serves as a key leader responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, case management support, recruiting, employee development, and client satisfaction. This role works closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations, strong team performance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include
  • Overseeing daily branch operations and workflow
  • Managing office staff and caregiver support teams
  • Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Monitoring branch KPIs and operational performance
  • Assisting with scheduling coverage and emergency staffing needs
  • Coaching and developing employees for success
  • Supporting client satisfaction and service continuity
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in home care
