Candidates should bring over 5 years of property management experience, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Yardi or CRM software. A valid NJ real estate salesperson license and a thorough understanding of property management laws are crucial. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills will not only enhance operational efficiency but also support effective team dynamics.

Leadership and team-building abilities are fundamental, alongside expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, leasing, marketing strategy development, and event planning. An excellent customer service orientation, superior communication skills, and strong organizational and time-management capabilities will be vital for navigating daily challenges. The role also requires problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, as well as a valid New Jersey driver's license, enabling overnight travel as needed.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 5+ years of property management experience
