Job description

Overnight Team Leader
Scheduling all overnight staff and supervising them directly
Completing/delivering performance reviews.
Task work at the individual houses (reviewing/collecting paperwork, inventory of supplies, etc.)
Training staff onsite during their shifts
Attending weekly meetings with the management team during the week (one per week)
Holding monthly staff meeting during the overnight shift
Responsible for any scheduling issues or crisis during their regularly schedule shifts
One weekend on call per month Friday 5 p.m.-Monday 7 a.m.
Essential Functions:
Supervise and/or administer the completion of group therapy sessions. Supervise and/or administer one to one counseling.
Complete the performance evaluation of staff. Assist in the design of the treatment plan in conjunction with the youth's one-to-one counselor and the case writer.
Supervise the Direct Support Staff in the follow through of the treat plan. Train staff to observe the peer culture to identify problems, recommend and implement solutions
as necessary. Supervise/coordinate the daily treatment program. Schedule staff for maximum coverage and optimal use of staff.
Coordinate and supervise staff on the completion of paperwork responsibilities. Oversee emergency situations and provide direction for any crisis situation.
Participate in and on-call rotation to be available as a resource for Direct Support Staff. Training/orientation of new staff. Assessment of the overall program to
identify any changes to be made for optimum functioning. Inform the director of HAB Services of all relevant situations. Abide by The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (42 USC & 201 et seq.) All other duties as assigned.
