Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dependable and attentive Overnight Monitor to support the safety and well-being of youth in our residential program in Lewisburg, PA.

This role is essential in maintaining a secure, structured, and supportive environment during overnight hours, ensuring both client safety and facility oversight.

Position Summary

The Overnight Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents while ensuring compliance with organizational policies during overnight hours. This role requires attentiveness, reliability, and the ability to respond appropriately to client needs and facility monitoring responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift
  • Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all clients
  • Monitor the physical environment and report any concerns
  • Follow and implement DTAC overnight policies and procedures
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and provide shift reports
  • Support positive client routines and morning transitions
  • Model appropriate behavior and encourage a calm environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong reliability and ability to remain alert overnight
  • Basic communication and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with youth or in residential settings
