Job description

Role Description:

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Manager at Otto Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently
