The JD Edwards Manufacturing Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing applications. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, production managers, planners, procurement teams, and IT staff to analyze business requirements, design solutions, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure successful system implementations and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Analyze current manufacturing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather and document business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Recommend best practices utilizing JD Edwards Manufacturing functionality.
  • Perform gap analysis and provide solution recommendations.
  • Create functional design documents and process flows.
JD Edwards Manufacturing Implementation
  • Configure and support JDE Manufacturing modules, including:
    • Product Data Management (PDM)
    • Manufacturing Management
    • Shop Floor Management
    • Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)

    • Sales Order Processing
Technical Knowledge
  • Understanding of JDE table structures and data relationships.
  • Knowledge of UBE processing and batch jobs.
  • Experience working with CNC and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with Orchestrator and integrations preferred.
