ASG Home Care is actively hiring Overnight Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities throughout New Jersey. We are a DDD-focused agency offering consistent hours, local cases, and a supportive team that sets Direct Support Professionals up for success.

Position Overview as a Overnight Direct Support Professional

As a Overnight Direct Support Professional with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands-on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Overnight Direct Support Professional, you will work one-on-one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities as a Overnight Direct Support Professional

  • Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

  • Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation

  • Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP

  • Document services accurately and communicate with the care team

  • Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support

What We're Looking For in a Overnight Direct Support Professional

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
