Job description


Telecommunications Company Based in Forty Fort PA is seeking a Network Admin/VoIP Technician.
Job description:
Train along side our lead engineer to learn systems and equipment we deploy.
Answer support calls from existing customers
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and input in ticketing system.
Installing systems at customer site (Normally within a 2 hour radius but occasionally further and some overnight travel)
Qualifications and Skills
Computer Networking Knowledge
IP Addressing and Routing
VoIP Experience (Not required but a plus)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team Leadership
Salary plus company 401K and paid health benefits.
