Do you love the quiet of the night and the smell of fresh-baked dough? Are you someone who takes pride in creating pastries that bring joy to people’s mornings? If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and want to join a hardworking team that makes everything from scratch, this is the job for you.

About Us:
At St. Louis Kolache, we do more than bake; we bring people comfort, tradition, and a fresh start to their day. Every kolache is made with care, and our team is the heart of that process. We believe in doing things right, working together, and having a little fun along the way.

What You'll Do:
• Mix, fill, and bake kolaches to meet daily production goals
• Prep ingredients and maintain quality control throughout your shift
• Work efficiently and independently during overnight hours
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe
• Learn and grow with hands-on training and support

What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for baking or working with food
• Strong attention to detail, timing, and measurements matter
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working overnight
• Ability to work 4–5 nights per week, including weekends
• Previous baking experience is a plus, but not required; we’ll train the right person

Why You’ll Love It Here:
• Competitive pay starting at $14/hour + shared tips ($3–$6/hr extra on average)
• Consistent overnight hours so you have your days free
• Supportive, team-oriented environment
• Meals provided during your shift
• Room to grow as we grow
