Job description

Primary focus areas from Metro Denver Area, CO

Outreach Representative Level 1

Summary:

You are an energetic and enthusiastic professional that has the personality, character and tact required to effectively represent AspenRidge Recovery in the community. You have the skill set, knowledge, and accessibility required to build sustainable partnerships within and beyond the Colorado behavioral healthcare industry. Our outreach team places prospective patients, manages community partnerships, makes presentations, and produces and participates in community events. We are treatment placement specialists, organizational representatives to our community partners, and external resource guides to other AspenRidge departments. We consistently aim to position AspenRidge as an industry thought-leader, setting the standard for quality evidenced-based programming, ethical care, and patient outcomes.

Core Values:

  • Develop personal and professional relationships throughout the field and throughout individual facilities. Engage other AspenRidge staff in this process to deepen strategic partnerships with other organizations (e.g., introduce an AspenRidge clinical director with another facility’s clinical director).
  • Identify opportunities, (e.g., speaking events, clinical tours, clinical meetings, conferences, etc., for AspenRidge to position itself as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the market).
  • Manage and report on a forward calendar of scheduled meetings and events with community partners and team members. Also, maintain up-to-date contact information, referral numbers (in/out), competitive data, meeting notes, and relationship status in the CRM on a daily to weekly basis
