Job description

Business Outreach Representative

Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time | On-Site

Help Build Relationships That Drive Growth

Redi Services has spent more than 40 years helping industrial facilities solve complex problems across the Western United States.

Today, we're building the next chapter.

We're looking for a Business Outreach Representative who wants more than just a job. We're looking for someone who wants to develop valuable business skills, build meaningful relationships, and play a direct role in helping grow a company with an established reputation, strong customer relationships, and ambitious plans for the future.

You'll work directly with experienced business development professionals, operational leaders, and revenue leaders while learning how sales, marketing, account management, and revenue operations work together to drive growth.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy meeting new people, like solving problems, and want to learn how business is really developed from the ground up, we'd love to talk with you.

You may have experience in business development, account management, customer success, recruiting, marketing coordination, sales support, project coordination, operations, hospitality, client services, or another role where building relationships, staying organized, and helping people solve problems was a big part of your success.

If you're looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career and gain exposure to sales, marketing, account management, and revenue operations all in one role, there's a good chance you'll enjoy what you'll learn here.

What You'll Be Doing

Your mission is simple:

Help Redi build relationships with the right companies and the right people.

This role is built around account-based outreach and business development principles. Rather than waiting for leads to appear, you'll proactively identify target accounts, research decision-makers, develop personalized outreach, and help create opportunities for our Business Development team.

You'll spend your time:

Identifying Target Accounts

Research industrial facilities, manufacturers, refineries, mines, energy producers, and other organizations that align with Redi's services.

Finding the Right Contacts

Identify plant managers, engineers, procurement professionals, maintenance leaders, and other decision-makers within those organizations.

Building Personalized Outreach

Use research, market intelligence, AI tools, and customer insights to craft messaging tailored to each person's role, challenges, priorities, and business needs.

Creating Conversations

Execute outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, events, direct mail, and other channels to introduce Redi and start meaningful conversations.

Managing Outreach Campaigns

Track engagement, follow up consistently, and manage outreach efforts until an opportunity is qualified, an appointment is scheduled, or the contact is determined to be inactive.

Supporting Revenue Growth

Coordinate meetings for Business Development Representatives, support customer engagement events, assist with Lunch & Learns, maintain CRM records, and help improve the systems and processes that support growth.

This is not a role where you'll sit back and wait for opportunities to appear.

You'll be actively creating them.

What Success Looks Like

Successful Business Outreach Representatives become experts at opening doors.

They understand how to identify opportunity, gain attention, build credibility, create conversations, and connect the right people together.

They become trusted partners to the Business Development team and play a direct role in helping the company grow.

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Qualified meetings created
  • Opportunities identified and surfaced
  • Outreach activity and follow-through
  • Relationship development
  • Market intelligence gathered
  • Contribution to overall revenue growth

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to check every box.

What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

You may be a great fit if:

  • You enjoy meeting and talking with new people
  • You're naturally curious and ask good questions
  • You like figuring things out
  • You're competitive and enjoy winning
  • You're organized and follow through on commitments
  • You're comfortable reaching out to people you don't know
  • You enjoy solving problems
  • You take ownership of your work
  • You adapt quickly and embrace feedback
  • You're excited about helping build something rather than simply maintaining it

Experience in industrial services, construction, manufacturing, sales, recruiting, customer success, marketing, account management, hospitality, operations, or business development is helpful, but not required.

What You'll Learn

This role is designed to give you exposure to:

  • Business Development
  • Account Management
  • Sales Strategy
  • Marketing
  • CRM Systems
  • Revenue Operations
  • Market Intelligence
  • Industrial Services

You'll learn how opportunities are identified, qualified, developed, and ultimately turned into revenue.

You'll work directly with experienced leaders who will provide coaching, support, systems, and real-world experience to help accelerate your professional development.

Potential career paths include:

  • Senior Business Outreach Representative
  • Business Development Representative
  • Account Manager
  • Revenue Operations Specialist
  • Revenue Operations Leadership

Why Redi

We're a growing company with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and a leadership team committed to building for the long term.

We're also committed to improving how we grow.

That means you'll be joining a team that values ideas, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Not every outreach strategy will work. Not every message will get a response. Not every process will be perfect the first time.

Success in this role comes from being willing to test new ideas, learn from the results, adjust your approach, and keep moving forward.

If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, measuring results, and helping build something better over time, you'll fit right in.

You'll have clear direction, support, coaching, and proven tools to help you succeed. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence the process, and help shape how we continue to grow.

We're looking for people who are curious, driven, coachable, adaptable, and excited about creating opportunities.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
