RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, developing and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver unexpected and extraordinary customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for inspiring teams, a commitment to Quality, and the skill to execute with precision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role sets the strategy, drives execution, and creates a high-energy culture where teams are empowered to do the right thing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, coach, and inspire teams to create a positive, dynamic, and performance-driven culture
  • Foster a People First environment by proactively addressing team needs, removing obstacles, and partnering with Field Leadership and the People Team to support growth, performance, and well-being
  • Guide all aspects of Team Member lifecycle decisions, from hiring and development to performance management and career transitions, in partnership with Field Leadership and the People Team.
  • Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports the Outlet vision for quality, safety, and operational excellence
  • Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results
  • Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes
  • Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
  • Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed
  • Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across all operational hours
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Lift and move items up to 50 lbs, using proper equipment and safety techniques
  • Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
  • Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
