We're excited to announce an opening for our Outlet Store Employee who plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service in the outlet store attached to the manufacturing facility.

Your Role as an Outlet Store Employee
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare the outlet store for the day by filling display cases, filling orders, and folding boxes
    • Greet and assist customers in store
    • Answer outlet store calls and direct calls as needed
    • List and monitor all available items for customer purchase
    • Keep store freezer stocked and monitor specialty items from the main freezer
    • Handle and process customer payments
    • Balance cash drawer at close
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.
  • Skills Required: Strong interpersonal communication skills, Basic computer skills, Basic math skills, Verbal communication, Written communication
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years' experience in customer service. Previous experience as a cashier strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sitting. Walking. Standing up to 7 hours at a time. Lifting/Carrying up to 40lbs. Bending. Twisting.

Work Environment:
  • Primarily in an outlet store setting, including refrigerated or frozen areas.
