Job description

We are looking for a talented Operations Coordinator - Warehouse to join our team specializing in Logistics and Warehouse Operations for our Operations Team in De Pere, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations across areas such as inbound, outbound, and kitting in alignment with operations management direction
  • Promote and lead Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while fostering a safety-first culture
  • Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods, identifying discrepancies, controlling non-conforming materials, and minimizing quality risks
  • Receive, sort, label, store, pick, pack, and ship products while optimizing warehouse space and meeting customer expectations
  •  Operate manual and automated equipment efficiently while meeting cycle time and engineering standards
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to improve processes, material flow, safety, and employee development
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and support routine housekeeping, equipment care, and maintenance activities        
  • Communicate effectively across teams and remain flexible to support shifting business needs and operational priorities

  • Operationally disciplined - Ability to quickly learn & utilize inventory/warehouse systems across multiple warehouse functions.
  • Operational Support - Ability to perform multiple warehouse functions as business needs shift.

Skill, Education, Experience Required:

  • 5+ years warehouse operations experience required.
  • Experience in all warehouse functions (receiving, putaway, picking, inventory systems, shipping) required.
  • Experience driving various types of PIV (sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, stock-picker) required.

Skill, Education, Experience Preferences:

  • 10+ years warehouse operations experience preferred.
  • Experience driving high-capacity PIV (10,000lb+) preferred.

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize warehouse systems and perform multiple operational functions
  • Experience operating powered industrial vehicles (PIV), including forklifts and stock pickers

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two-year degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of warehouse operations experience required
  • Experience across all warehouse functions (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, inventory systems) required
  • Experience operating various PIV equipment required
  • 10+ years of warehouse experience and high-capacity PIV experience preferred
